DAYTIME RATES
Sunday - Thursday: $800 (9am - 5pm)
EVENING/WEEKEND RATES (5pm-12am)
Sunday - Thursday: $1,000
Friday + Saturday: $3750*
*Event time on Fridays and Saturdays is 12pm - 12am.
Additional hours may be added to the beginning of daytime rental period at the rate of $100 per hour, starting no earlier than 7am.
Full Service Bar available by request.
Catering can be brought in by our pre-approved caterers.
We are more than happy to hold a date for you with a deposit of $100 (which would be applied to your event). If another person inquires about the same date you will then have 24 hours to confirm or release your booking. Your event date is fully secured when your contract and deposit of 50% of the rental fee is received.
